Organized by UNESCO and the Herbie Hancock Institute of Jazz, the 2025 edition of International Jazz Day will be celebrated in more than 190 countries on 30 April, with Abu Dhabi selected as the Global Host City. The concert will also be streamed live to millions around the world.

Naseer Shamma is back in Al Ula, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, performing this time in Hegra. Part of the Ancient Eras events for 2024.

Drawing inspiration from the poetic works of Palestinian poet Mahmoud Darwish, Chilean poet Pablo Neruda, and Spanish poet Federico García Lorca, Naseer Shamma will perform with his ensemble of exceptional musicians. This performance is dedicated to all those who hope for freedom and independence.

Naseer Shamma returns to Berlin with a show presenting new compositions. Carlos Pinana, Hussein Zahaway & Ali Ghamsary make up the Ensemble for the evening.
